It may take up to 24 hours for the order status to be updated on our courier partner's website.

No. The external packaging slip/invoice will not include any pricing, discount, or payment information. However, the original product tag with the MRP will be intact on the products inside the package.

CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATIONS
You can cancel an order before it gets shipped from our warehouse, by visiting the My Account section of the website. This includes items purchased on sale. Any amount you paid will be credited back into your Kasitoo account in the form of Cash back.
Yes. You can modify the model, colour or shipping address of your order, by contacting our customer support team at +91-720-4040-006. Our customer care executives can modify your order if you contact us before we process it.
If you have selected Cash on Delivery, there is no amount to refund because you haven't paid for your order. For payments made using a Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking, you will receive a refund in your Kasitoo Cashback account immediately after your order has been cancelled. Any coupons used are also reinstated it to your account.
